Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or before shipping begins, whichever occurs first.
To initiate your cancellation, please email our customer support team with your request.
Once the order qualifies for cancellation, the complete refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be available. After delivery, you may still apply for a return under the guidelines of our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not support modifications to ordered products, shipping details, or other information once the order has been placed. If changes are required, the initial order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order can be made afterward.
