By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the return and refund terms listed below. If you need to send back a product, the details provided here will help guide you through the process clearly and comfortably.  


Eligibility for Returns  

Products must be in their original, unused state and should not be washed, altered, or damaged, and all packaging materials, labels, and tags must be included.    
Ensure every label, tag, and box from the original delivery remains undisturbed and returned together.    
Items showing any indication of wear, laundering, or modification will not qualify for a return.    
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. To begin the return request, please contact our customer service team within the mentioned time limit.    
Returns that fail to match the above eligibility standards will not be approved under any circumstances.  


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Send an email with your Order ID and an explanation for your return to pinnacleplazatraders@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Visual Evidence    
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos demonstrating the problem to expedite the review process.  

Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines    
After your request is authorized, we will provide instructions to help you complete the return smoothly.  

We retain the right to deny return submissions that do not comply with the outlined return criteria.  


Refund Process & Timeline  

Once your returned package arrives, our inspection team will verify whether the item fulfills all return terms. You will then receive an update on whether your refund is accepted or rejected. If it is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be issued once the refund transaction is completed successfully.  


Partial Refund Guidelines  

If the returned item does not entirely meet the eligibility requirements — such as missing packaging components or minor imperfections — we may issue a partial refund based on our internal evaluation and discretion.  


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, a return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs or videos of the issue in your email so that we can resolve the situation promptly and efficiently.
