Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders to all available pin codes across India. At present, we do not support delivery to international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are normally packed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and recognised public holidays) from the time the order is officially confirmed.
Once the order has been processed successfully, you will receive an email notification containing all necessary details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard shipment duration ranges between 3–8 business days, helping you receive your fashion favourites without delay.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may raise a request to schedule re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive an order in damaged condition, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include images as evidence.
If a shipment is lost during transit, we will offer a replacement or initiate a refund after verification with the courier partner.
